Regular Speed Portrait events @ The Figure Assembly

Details

We will take turns drawing each other for six minutes and then rotate. Drinks provided, please bring your own materials incl. loose paper (not bound books) so we can hang all the portraits at the end.

We are going to put up all the portraits on the wall so you can see yourself drawn by ~10 other people. At the end you will get to take home the portraits of you!

We are curating this experience with a lot of care so that it feels right for everyone. By attending the event you agree to the following terms:

• No filming during the drawing sessions.

• No photos of the person across from you during drawing sessions.

• No pushy self-promotion- asking people to follow you on social media, handing out anything etc.

• Yes to taking pictures of your own drawings!

• Yes to taking pictures of the other artist's drawing of you (you get them at the end!)

• Yes to taking videos and photos at the big reveal at the end!

If someone’s behavior goes against the spirit of the event, we do reserve the right to ask them to leave and/or not invite them back in the future. That’s not something we take lightly, but we will act if needed to protect the group experience. Now let's have some fun!!!
